Mark Derrigo, co-founder of Derrigo Studies, specializes in the research and marketing of retail and commercial properties. Mark has extensive experience in defining existing and future trade area statistics. Mark has proven relationships with all the major tenants: such as Kroger, Bristol Farms, Gelson's, Sprouts, El Rancho Market, Northgate Market (Mark is fluent in Spanish), Whole Foods, Mothers Market, Rite Aid, CVS Pharmacy, Target, Walmart and many more. Derrigo Studies has been responsible for the development and leasing of over 300 million square feet of retail space. Most of those projects are neighborhood, community and power centers with multiple anchor tenants. These developments are primarily in California, Texas, Utah, Arizona and Nevada, however, Derrigo Studies covers the entire country.

Vice President and Director of Operations
Lisa Derrigo, co-founder of Derrigo Studies, has been promoting and researching retail properties for over 30 years. She too has worked closely with anchor retailers to ensure Derrigo Studies reports are exactly what tenants need to make their next profitable store location. Lisa's expertise in gathering, analyzing, and reporting data generates reports that are highly accepted by all major retailers and thus, has helped key development firms get their projects leased; developers including Westfield, Shea Properties, Sunbelt, Shapell Industries, American Assets, Regency Centers, Regent Properties, General Growth along with city departments partially including Menifee, Dayton, Hemet, San Jacinto and Patterson.
